About myself
I have studied several schools of yoga. I learnt breath-work at the Transpersonal Breath Institute in Budapest (Transzperszonális Légzés Intézet).
For me, Eastern traditions need to be balanced with Western psychological practices (lélektan or ‘soul-science’ as the Hungarian language so beautifully expresses it). In my work I combine traditions including kundalini yoga, do-in, and Mazdaznan. These vary in each class, according to the physical, mental and spiritual state of those present.
I live in Budapest with my British husband. We have five children, all born at home. Their births allowed me to experience the liberating power of gentle birth.
Through breath-work, we can all share that sense of liberation.
