With my friend and colleague Dorka Herner we practice common therapeutic techniques for individuals and groups.
Dorka is a psychologist and coach, and also the mother of 5 children.
We work closely together, overseeing one another’s therapeutic work.
In group training sessions we use movement, yoga, dance, breathing, discussion and meditation, working in parallel on the physical, mental and emotional levels.
Some people find it easier to talk, others communicate better with their bodies. We work to reinforce each person’s strengths and overcome weaknesses.
In this way we amplify one other’s impact, to help participants fulfill their own potential.
