THE POWER OF BREATH

An eight module course, in which we discover how we can use our breath, which is our most basic physiological function, to enhance and consciously influence our energy level, to improve our health and emotional balance.

The quality of our breath denes the quality of our lives. As we have become more and more distant from nature, we have lost the knowledge of the possibilities and solutions which our breath can give us. The quality of our breath is directly connected to the state of our nervous system, and vice-versa. There are many breathing techniques which were consciously employed by ancient cultures.

We learn these techniques, reinforced by present day scientific knowledge. We learn the fundamental breathing techniques, and the importance of breathing through the nose. How to apply superficial, deep, and ne breathing, and heavy breathing, what these can be used for, and to what extent.
