THE WISDOM OF THE BODY – THE SEVEN ENERGY KEYS
Workshop comprising 8 modules, including theory, practice and yoga
Why am I so full of energy one day, so tired the next?
Everything within us and around us is frequency, waves, and constant movement
Am I following the flow, or resisting it?
Are the energy circuits within me activated, or do I live my life with only limited circuitry?
Do I feel easily ‘short-circuited’ if I experience a setback, or if I am insulted?
Do I handle my strengths in a flexible or inflexible way?
Our cells contain the deepest wisdom of our bodies, a wisdom we are born with. Our souls communicate with us through our bodies. Can I slow down, and become still enough to hear those messages?
There are seven energy centres in our bodies. These centres maintain the connection between the external and internal worlds through the endocrine system. They have an effect on our nervous system, on the functioning of our organs, and on our physical and emotional state.
