YOGA AND BREATHING

As we connect our movements with conscious breathing, the effect of the asanas will be multiplied. The breath connects body, soul and spirit helping our practice deepen to the cellular level. We experience the undisturbed ow of energy in our body, which is joy itself. We discover the simple reality that we are embodied energy, and our well-being depends on the ow and fullness of this energy.
We become acquainted with the whereabouts of the 7 energy centres in the body, and while practicing we incorporate those chakras which are outside the body. Each is the equivalent of an aspect of our lives. As our energy level rises, these aspects are raised to higher and higher frequencies. We can practice yoga on its own or in combination with other paths of self-discovery.
